General Dynamics Board Elects Four New Vice Presidents
FALLS CHURCH, Va. – March 6th - The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) yesterday elected four new corporate officers.
Ira P. Berman, senior vice president, administration and general counsel, Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.; Daniel G. Clare, senior vice president, finance and planning, Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.; and Marion T. (“Tom”) Davis, strategic planning, General Dynamics, are now vice presidents of the corporation.
S. Daniel Johnson, who will become president of the General Dynamics Information Technology business unit on April 1, also will become a vice president of the corporation on that date. He will succeed Michael E. Chandler, who is retiring.
