RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR GORDON PAGE CBE
Cobham has previously announced the intention of Gordon Page, Non Executive Director and former Chairman, to retire from the Board in November 2008. After 18 years on the Board, Gordon Page retires today.
The Board would like to thank Gordon for his leadership, wise counsel and considerable contribution that has helped to transform Cobham into the global aerospace and defence company it is today.
