The House Armed Services Committee announces the following schedule for the week of June 15 –19, 2009:

Tuesday, June 16, 2009 -10:00 am – 2118 Rayburn – Open

The full committee will mark up the following legislation:

H.R. 2647 – To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2010 for military activities of the Department of Defense, to prescribe military personnel strengths for fiscal year 2010, and for other purposes.

H.Res. 477 – Directing the Secretary of Defense to transmit to the House of Representatives the fiscal year 2010 30-year shipbuilding plan relating to the long-term shipbuilding strategy of the Department of Defense, as required by section 231 of title 10, United States Code.

H.Res. 478 – Directing the Secretary of Defense to transmit to the House of Representatives the fiscal year 2010 30-year aviation plan relating to the long-term aviation plans of the Department of Defense, as required by section 231a of title 10, United States Code.
