BETHESDA, Md., July 31 - Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) today announced that it is conducting an online survey of stockholders to obtain feedback on its executive compensation practices. The survey results will be reviewed by the Management Development and Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors.
The survey will be available for stockholders to complete through December 20, 2009 on the Lockheed Martin Investor Relations homepage. The 2009 Lockheed Martin Proxy Statement is linked to the survey for stockholders to reference while taking the survey.
Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin is a global security company that employs about 146,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. The corporation reported 2008 sales of $42.7 billion.
