Support services company VT Group today announces that following a shareholder General Meeting in London it has received approval for the disposal of its 45 per cent shareholding in BVT Surface Fleet Limited, the shipbuilding and naval support joint venture, to BAE Systems.
The transaction remains conditional on EU approval but is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
