Northrop Grumman will have several subject matter experts available for interviews during the Surface Navy Association National Symposium Jan. 12 - 14. Reporters are invited to make appointments for interviews.
What: Experts on the following programs will be available:
-- Airborne Mine Countermeasures Systems Airborne Laser Mine Detection System (ALMDS), Rapid Airborne Mine Clearance System (RAMICS)
-- Mission Packages for Littoral Combat Ships
-- AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Surveillance Enhancement (ESE)
-- Maritime laser
When: Jan. 12-14, 2010 During show hours By appointment
Where: Surface Navy Association, Twenty Second National Symposium
Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel, Arlington, Virginia
ALMDS is currently in low-rate initial production, RAMICS and the maritime laser are in development; the Littoral Combat Ship mission packages are in various stages of test and evaluation and are being Readied for production; and ESE is being modified for insertion into U.S. aircraft carrier SLQ-32 systems.
