HERNDON, Va. -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has appointed Jack Stumpf vice president, and business operations director and chief financial officer of National Security Technologies LLC (NSTec), located at the Nevada Test site. Northrop Grumman is the managing partner of this joint venture, which supports the National Nuclear Security Administration.
In this position, Stumpf's responsibilities will include
providing financial oversight and management direction for the
accounting, financial reporting, payroll, rates, contracts, compliance,
property management, procurement and information technology
organizations. He will also serve on NSTec’s Benefits and Corporate
Investments committees.
Stumpf has been with Northrop Grumman for 26 years serving in
positions of increasing responsibility including business management
director for Northrop Grumman Information Technology Solutions. He also
led the stand-up of the business management and benefit functions for
NSTec upon contract award in 2006. In 2007, Stumpf received the
Northrop Grumman Chairman’s Award for Excellence for the NSTec teams
work during the program’s stand up.
Stumpf earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the State
University of New York and a master’s degree in finance from the New
York Institute of Technology.

NSTec was formed in 2006 as a joint venture between Northrop
Grumman’s Technical Services sector, AECOM, CH2M Hill and Nuclear Fuel
Services.
