Award is the third in a series of recent industry honors

DALLAS, -- Raytheon Professional Services LLC, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), was named the No. 1 training outsource provider in HRO Today magazine's "Baker's Dozen in Learning."

Doug Harward, industry consultant and CEO, TrainingIndustry.com, said: "RPS excels at managing complex training solutions. This award is an acknowledgement from their customers of the value RPS provides in helping them achieve their business goals."

This is the second consecutive year that RPS has ranked as the top training provider in the magazine's Baker's Dozen customer satisfaction survey. The survey asks buyers about their experience with their training service providers. It measures satisfaction and solicits information about the breadth and quality of service provided and the size of the contract.

The Baker's Dozen award is the third in a series of recent accolades for RPS. The organization recently won the Brandon Hall Silver award for the European sales curriculum it designed, developed, deployed and manages on behalf of Opel/Vauxhall in Europe. It also received Workforce Management magazine's Optimas Award in the Global Outlook category.
