Russian military delegation visit to Japan
Moscow, November 5, 2008 – Russian military officials led by Col.Gen. Vladimir Bulgakov, Far East Military District, Commander visiting Japan at the present time.
Russian defence officials have an extensive agenda. They will visit the training centre of the 7th division of the Northen army (Higashi-Titoshe).
While in his five-day-visit, Col.Gen. Vladimir Bulgakov is set to meet, General Ryoichi Oriki, Self-Defence Force Chief of Staff and high-ranking Japanese Self-Defence Forces officials to discuss bilateral cooperation.
Col.Gen. Vladimir Bulgakov is also expected to visit Hokkaido Temple and “Sekiguti” Gallery.
