WASHINGTON (NNS) -- Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead announced May 19 the following flag officer assignments:
Rear Adm. (lower half) Frank C. Pandolfe, who has been selected for promotion to rear admiral, will be assigned as director, Surface Warfare Division, N86, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Pandolfe is currently serving as commander, Carrier Strike Group 2, Norfolk, Va.
Rear Adm. Victor Guillory will be assigned as commander, 4th Fleet/commander, U.S. Naval Forces, U.S. Southern Command, Mayport, Fla. Guillory is currently serving as director, Surface Warfare Division, N86, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
