Thales UK today announces some changes to its senior management team, with effect from 1 October 2008.

October 9th, 2008 -- John Howe, currently Thales UK's Vice-Chairman, will be retiring at the end of January 2009 following 8 years in the position. As a result of this Victor Chavez has been appointed to the role of Deputy CEO for Thales UK in addition to his current respon sibilities for Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Victor will report directly to Alex Dorrian, CEO Thales UK.

Sam Keayes is appointed Vice President - External Affairs and Strategy for Thales UK, expanding on his currently role as UK Strategy Director.

John Howe will continue to support the company, taking up the position of Non-Executive Director of the UK Advisory Board in January 2009, reporting to Lord Roger Freeman, Chairman.
