BETHESDA, Md., -- Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a third quarter 2009 dividend of $0.57 per-share. The dividend is payable Sept. 25, 2009 to holders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 1, 2009.
