FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 3 -- The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable August 7, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2009.
